Deposit & accession policy
Transparent terms for every tier. Your deposit is held in escrow and is fully refundable at any point before protocol eligibility is formally confirmed by a certified physician-agent.
100% Refundable Deposit
Your waiting-list deposit is held in a segregated escrow account administered by the Defense Health Procurement Agency financial clearing. You may request a full refund in writing at any point before your eligibility clearance letter is issued — no penalties, no questions. Refunds processed within 3 business days via the same payment method used to submit.
Eligibility Confirmation
Approximately 5–7 days before your scheduled accession, a certified physician-agent will review your diagnostics panel and issue a formal Protocol Eligibility Confirmation (PEC-7 form). Only after the PEC-7 is countersigned will your deposit convert from refundable-escrow to applied payment. No PEC-7 — no charge.
Tier Upgrade Available
You may upgrade your tier at any point by paying the difference in deposit. For example, a Basic ($200) member who upgrades to Priority ($500) pays an additional $300 and their accession priority is immediately recalculated into the Priority queue. Upgrades to VIP include instant VIP-liaison assignment within 2 hours.
